I’m Rachel Bartlett, a UX Researcher working at the intersection of people, products, and storytelling.

Most of my work is about listening closely through interviews, observation, and research, and turning what I hear into something teams can actually build from. I’ve worked across enterprise tools, retail, insurance, and accessibility, but the throughline is always the same: understanding real human behavior and using it to make products clearer and more usable.

Outside of research, I make music, take photographs (pictured above), and try to spend as much time offline as I can. I also speak Spanish.
