I’m Rachel, a UX Researcher who likes getting close to the real problem: talking to people, asking better questions, and finding the thing everyone else has been missing.

I work across research, strategy, and product design, helping teams turn uncertainty into clearer decisions. My work has spanned enterprise software, retail, insurance, and accessibility.

When I’m not researching, I’m usually making music, taking photographs, or finding an excuse to get away from a screen.
